India-England feud in the history of cricket is always an ever-fresh skirmish followed by the India-Pakistan rivalry. Pertaining to the scrap, the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) and the England & Wales Cricket Board (ECB) brought in the fixtures on May 22, upon signing India’s Tour of England commencing from June 16 and lasting till July 9.
The England Cricket Board’s Twitter handle wrote on the micro-blogging site announcing that “for broadcast purposes” the third IT20 which was to be horn-locked between England and India at Cloudfm County Ground in Chelmsford, has been preponed by a day.
“DATE CHANGE. For broadcast purposes, the third Vitality IT20 between England Women and India Women at the Cloudfm County Ground will now be played on Wednesday, 14 July,” the England Cricket tweeted on Tuesday, May 25.

The Indian cricket team is all good-to-go to fly-off to England for around a month-long bicker between the two power-houses hailing the aggressive and sensational test-debutant ShefaliVerma; the 17-year old who, after 2020’s T20 World Cup in Australia, became the word of mouth for the entire cricket and the non-cricket world, as well.
The visitors led by Mithali Raj that presently rest in quarantine in Mumbai, will encounter the Heather Knight-led team on June 16 for the only test match for India in the last seven years, to be played in Bristol out of the seven-match long series comprising three ODI’s (first in Bristol on June 27, second in Taunton on June 30 and the third in Worcester on July 3) and three T20Is (first in Northampton on July 9, second in Hove on July 11 and the third in Chelmsford on July 14), other than the test.
Two different squads, one for the Test and the ODI and another for the T20 has been formed by the All-India Senior Women’s Selection Committee on May 14. The former will be captained by the veteran Mithali Raj and vice-captained by Harmanpreet Kaur, while the latter will showcase Harmanpreet Kaur and Smriti Mandhana as the Captain and the Vice-captain, respectively.
