In another welcome addition to the women’s cricket calendar and a push to youth cricket, an Under-19 Women’s Tri Series 2024 is all set to kickstart on 24th January 2024. It will feature hosts Bangladesh, Pakistan and Sri Lanka squaring off against each other.
The series will be played in the T20 format and all the matches will be played at the Sheikh Kamal International Cricket Stadium (SKICS) in Cox’s Bazar in Bangladesh.
With over seven matches to be played in nine days from January 24th to February 2nd, each team will play four matches as they will clash with each other twice in the tournament. The teams with the most wins at the end of the group stages will play in the finals.
Undoubtedly, there is a lot to look forward to as tournaments like this often present future stars who will go on to play for their senior sides so fans and experts will keep their eyes peeled out for this series.
