ICC U19 T20 World Cup 2023: Ireland U19 vs Pakistan U19, Super Six, Group 2 – Match Details, Live Streaming, Probable Playing XIs, Squads, Pitch Report, Weather Forecast, Dream11 Prediction

Ireland will take on Pakistan in the Group 1 Super Six match of the ICC U19 T20 World Cup 2023 on 23rd January at Senwes Park in Potchefstroom. Having lost their opener in Super Six badly against England, Ireland will look to bounce back into the series. In the group stage matches, having played five, they won only one contest against Indonesia.

Though they are one of the upcoming teams in world history, they will look to make the mark as they are still considered underdog teams. Zara Craig was the top scorer of the team in their previous encounter against New Zealand, where she ended up with 20 runs. Georgina Dempsey being the top pacer for the team was the only player to return with a wicket in her bag after every contest as of now.

Pakistan needs to be more consistent in approaching this World Cup, having won three matches and lost two. They started with a robust approach and defeated Ireland in their opener contest but were defeated twice after that by New Zealand and England. After winning their previous encounter against Zimbabwe, they will look to carry forward the same momentum to stay at the top of the points table.

The players to watch out for are Syeda Aroob Shah and Anosha Nasir. Aroob Shah being a decent all-rounder, smashed 34 runs against England, while Anosha on the other hand, was the most economical bowler that game, with her figures standing at 20/2 in four overs.
